1. About these terms These terms apply to anyone who browses or buys from candorluxe.in (the "store"). By placing an order you agree to them. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies.
2. Products Our candles are hand-poured in pure soy wax and finished by hand, so small differences in colour, shape and finish between pieces are normal. Some product photos are AI-generated; the actual candle may vary slightly in colour or shade, but not in quality. Sizes and burn times are approximate.
3. Prices and payment All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. We accept online payments through our payment partners and Cash on Delivery within India. We may cancel an order if a price was shown incorrectly, and will refund any amount paid.
4. Orders An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we cannot verify payment or delivery details, or if we suspect misuse. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds Delivery, return and refund terms are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
6. Candle safety Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts and anything flammable, and follow the care instructions on the product page. Candor Luxe is not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse of a candle.
7. Intellectual property All content on this store, including the Candor Luxe name, logo, text and images, belongs to Candor Luxe and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Liability To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
